I have been very satisfied in my stay here. I can't think of a thing to complain about! I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcomed. Staff is always making sure everything is okay and I am not in need of anything. Very considerate. The room is spacious and clean and quiet. I read, write, work on spread sheets, use my Kindle, daydream and watch a little TV. The atmosphere is conducive to a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. For a senior citizen, this is a safe place to be. Morning Start Breakfast is a great way to begin your day and the choices available are tasty. The peaceful, comfortable atmosphere is a blessing. The ladies that keep things going are amazing. They are real hostesses taking care of us and making sure there is nothing more they can help us with. The courtesy van is a pleasant surprise. Since I can't drive anymore I certainly enjoyed a drop off and pick up ride to Walmart. The driver is very polite and courteous. Thank you to the entire staff who take care of us when we are out and about doing our thing. It's been a great stay! My nephew raves about the biscuits and gravy for breakfast!
I reserved the wrong dates by accident. Called the next morning when I realized it. Was told no refund. I’m out around $700. They said a board would review but haven’t heard anything and received a receipt from the hotel for all three days that I wasn’t there for. Unfortunately I needed the reservation for the core dates so I’m actually paying around $1300 for a three day stay.

Five Star Hotel!
I always like staying here when I go to Charles Town. Extremely friendly staff especially the shuttle drivers. I will be staying here again on Thanksgiving weekend.

This was not my first time staying here. It's clean and the free breakfast is delicious with a very good selection. The staff is friendly and overall it's a very nice hotel.
